Alle Schrift ist von Gott eingegebenb und nützlich zur Belehrung, zur Überführung, zur Zurechtweisung, zur Erziehung in der Gerechtigkeit, damit der Mensch Gottes ganz zubereitet sei, zu jedem guten Werk völlig ausgerüstet.(2. Tim 3:16 S2000B)

Auf der Rückseite haben wir den ersten Monat eines Bibelleseplanes abgedruckt. Dieser Plan führt in sechs Monaten durch das Neue Testament. Der Plan ist sehr hilfreich, da er ausserdem wichtige Teile des Alten Testamentes einschließt, wenn die Parallelstellen wichtig sind.

Das Bibellesen ist sehr wichtig, da es uns Verständnis gibt über das, was Gott getan hat, was er tut und was er in Zukunft tun wird. Die Bibel zeigt uns Gottes Liebe und Fürsorge für uns, sowie was er von uns erwartet. Das Bibellesen sollte zu unserer täglichen Routine gehören.

Wenn wir die Bibel lesen, ist es wichtig langsam und betend zu lesen, und sowohl den Zusammenhang, als auch die Bedeutung der Bibelstellen für unsere persönlichen Umstände zu beachten. Wir sollten darauf achten, ob es Wahrheiten gibt, die unser Herz erfreuen oder Verheißungen, die wir für uns beanspruchen können. Wir müssen ausserdem beim Lesen prüfen, ob es Einstellungen gibt, die wir ändern müssen oder ob wir Sünde bekennen oder vermeiden müssen.

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. (2 Tim 3:16-17 NKJV)

On the back page we have started the first month of a bible reading plan. This plan covers the New Testament in 6 months. It is very helpful as it also includes relevant parts of the Old Testament, where the cross reference is important.

Reading the bible is very important as it gives us an insight into what God has been doing, is doing, and will be doing in the future. It shows us about His love and care for us, as well as His expectations of us. It is worth making bible reading a routine part of your day.

When reading the bible we should read it slowly, prayerfully and thoughtfully consider both the immediate meaning of the text, and whether there are specific things that will speak to our circumstances. We should consider whether there are truths that can thrill our hearts or promises that we can claim for ourselves. But we must also read it to see if there is an attitude that we need to change or a sin to be confessed or avoided.

Die Auswahl an Kleidung heutzutage ist beinahe unglaublich und die Mode ändert sich so schnell, dass es schwer ist den neuesten Trends zu folgen. Für einen Christen jedoch ist es das Wichtigste, Christus und seinen ganzen Charakter anzuziehen. Diese Mode ändert sich nicht je nach Saison und präsentiert Christus der Welt. Diese Kleidung hat die herrlichsten, kräftigsten Farben und und macht deutlich was wichtig ist!

Als neue Gemeinde haben wir das Privileg viele neue Menschen kennenzulernen. Gemeinsam haben wir ein breites Spektrum an Erfahrungen, Ideen, Kulturen und Hintergründen, welche eine wunderbare Mischung bilden. Manchmal kann diese Vielfältigkeit eine Herausforderung an uns sein. Jedoch mit Gnade können wir dies als eine Möglichkeit betrachten unseren Horizont zu erweitern, um besser zu verstehen was Gott in der Welt tut.

Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. Colossians 3v12-14 (NKJV)

The range and variety of clothes available now-a-day's is almost unbelievable, and fashions change so often it is hard to keep up with the latest trend. But for a Christian, the most important thing is that we can put on Christ and all His character. This 'fashion statement' does not change from season to season, and shows Christ to the world. These 'clothes' have the most magnificent color and vibrancy and shows clearly what is important!

As a new church we have the privilege of meeting with many new people. Together, we all bring a rich tapestry of experiences, ideas, cultures and backgrounds that provides a wonderful mixture. Sometimes this variety can be a challenge to us, but with grace we can use this as an opportunity to expand our horizons in order to understand what God is doing throughout the world.
