Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. Colossians 3v12-14 (NKJV)The range and variety of clothes available now-a-day's is almost unbelievable, and fashions change so often it is hard to keep up with the latest trend. But for a Christian, the most important thing is that we can put on Christ and all His character. This 'fashion statement' does not change from season to season, and shows Christ to the world. These 'clothes' have the most magnificent color and vibrancy and shows clearly what is important!
As a new church we have the privilege of meeting with many new people. Together, we all bring a rich tapestry of experiences, ideas, cultures and backgrounds that provides a wonderful mixture. Sometimes this variety can be a challenge to us, but with grace we can use this as an opportunity to expand our horizons in order to understand what God is doing throughout the world.
